Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco

Welcome to Amnesty International Group 30's website!

We are a community-based collection of volunteers who meet, write letters, and organize events to advance the principles of human rights promoted by Amnesty International worldwide.

This month we are proud to present a screening of My Tehran for Sale on January 17 at the offices of Squire Sanders in San Francisco.

Written and directed by Granaz Moussavi, this internationally acclaimed feature film follows a young actress in Tehran struggling to work under Iran’s political regime.

The screening will be followed by a discussion with Dr. Mahmood Monshipouri, Assistant Professor of International Relations, San Francisco State University.

See our calendar page for event details.
